Lilly Health Center
KBSO Consulting was the Engineer of Record for the renovation of DePauw University Lilly Health Center. This two-phase renovation of the student clinic included the modernization of exam rooms, therapy rooms, and laboratories, as well as conference rooms and a new reception area. KBSO’s scope included the addition of a new central station air handling unit, complete with VAV boxes and all new distribution and controls. In addition, KBSO provided design services for new electrical services, all new lighting, and a new security and access control system.
