The Collective at Midtown

The Collective at Midtown, a three-story, 30,000-square-foot office building in downtown Carmel, was completed in early 2023. This transformative project establishes new headquarters for KBSO Consulting and Studio M Architecture and Planning. KBSO, the project’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and technology design consultant, played a key role in shaping these dynamic workspaces.

KBSO Consulting occupies the third floor, while Studio M makes its home on the second. The first floor is shared by The Studio M Interiors Team and Makershop and Aaron Wealth Advisors. This strategic relocation reflects our commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that fuels growth.
