Vernon E. Jordan Jr. Residence Hall

This first-year residence hall accommodates 150 students and was designed to comply with the International Green Construction Code utilizing ASHRAE 189.1, the Standard for the Design of High-Performance Green Buildings. KBSO was responsible for the MEP design, which included sustainable initiatives such as a low energy-consumption chilled beam HVAC system, solar domestic water heating, BTU consumption and electrical energy metering at the system level, and daylighting controls for the LED lighting systems.
