Fox Hill Elementary School
The Fox Hill Elementary School remodel project in Indianapolis, Indiana included the reconfiguration of common areas into student resource hubs, an administration suite update, special education classroom upgrades, the addition of a student project lab, and the replacement of building systems for improved safety and comfort. To facilitate these changes, KBSO Consulting provided comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design services. Project design features include more robust exterior LED lighting to increase visibility during student pick-ups and drop-offs, energy efficient interior LED lighting to create a warm, inviting aesthetic, and a new HVAC system, including an energy-efficient boiler/chiller plant and air handling systems. New plumbing fixtures limit water consumption, while a new fire suppression system heightens safety. KBSO Consulting is proud to have contributed our MEP design services to Washington Township Schools, transforming Fox Hill Elementary into a safer, more flexible learning environment that will meet the needs of students for decades to come.
