Slate at Fishers District

Slate at Fishers District is a 242-unit multifamily community in Fishers, Indiana. The development offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas, along with three- and four-bedroom townhomes. KBSO Consulting’s MEP design prioritized resident comfort and environmental responsibility. Individual HVAC systems in each unit ensure year-round comfort while adhering to energy efficiency standards. Water and energy conservation were front-of-mind when designing the plumbing systems, thereby prioritizing water-saving fixtures and high-efficiency water heating. A modern electrical distribution system powers appliances, lighting, and amenities throughout the community. Integrated building automation streamlines maintenance, optimizes system performance, and reduces energy consumption. The resort-style experience is enhanced by amenities such as a fitness center, heated pool, clubhouse, fire pits, grilling stations, and a dog park, creating comfortable and functional living spaces for the residents of Slate at Fishers District.
