The Mark at Fishers District

The Mark is part of a larger development entitled The Yard at Fishers District. As the MEP Engineer of Record, KBSO Consulting was responsible for the design of the multi-level parking garage, the apartment tower, as well as services for the retail shops on the first level. Residents will occupy any of the 260 apartment units, which include studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. A pet-washing station, state-of-the-art fitness center, pool, and spa are among the many amenities.
